  • How do I get a copy of my invoice?
  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
    Depending on the order, sales tax may be calculated and charged. Any sales tax charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address have been entered during checkout. The total price may change during the course of the shopping session depending on a number of factors. However, you will have the opportunity to review the final price we will charge before you submit your order. Tax-exempt individuals and entities in the United States can request a refund of the tax paid on an order. We will need a copy of your tax-exempt certificate and the billing or shipping address on the order must match the address on the certificate. You can send a copy of your certificate, with order number or invoice to cstaxexemptions@digitalriver.com   
  • How do I update my credit card when my preorder authorization has failed?
    Once your preorder authorization has expired, you must look up your order and reauthorize your credit card to complete the purchase.

Returns and Cancellations

  • What is your return policy?
    The ChargePoint store by Digital River offers returns of undamaged, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund your payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • How do I request a return?
    The ChargePoint Store by Digital River offers returns of undamaged, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return enter your order number and password in the Quick Order Look Up fields.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    To request the cancellation, enter your order number and password in the Quick Order Look Up fields. Please note that physically shipped purchases that are in stock are processed immediately upon completion and may not be able to be cancelled prior to shipment. If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. You can also look up your order to view the shipping status of your order.
  • When will I see my credit appear in my account?
    After receiving your returned product(s), your refund will appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
